What is TRIMP? TRaining IMPulse

You need a unit for how hard you train and that’s TRIMP – this stands for the term “TRaining IMPulse”.

TRIMP is known as a factor for training stress / exertion during a workout (training exertion factor). It’s calculated with the time in a heart rate zone.
