Follow this guide to adapt the TriCoreTraining system to your needs:

 

 

 

  1. Complete your data in “Edit profile”
  2. How many hours on average per week do you have for your training?
  3. Set your lactate threshold for running or biking. A guidance how to get a detailed lactate threshold can be found in the FAQs
  4. Enter your weight goals, if you want to reduce your weight
  5. Go to “Your Training Plan” and create your first plan
  6. Train on a regular basis and track your workouts in your training log.

It’s easy like that!
