- Complete your data in “Edit profile”
- How many hours on average per week do you have for your training?
- Set your lactate threshold for running or biking. A guidance how to get a detailed lactate threshold can be found in the FAQs
- Enter your weight goals, if you want to reduce your weight
- Go to “Your Training Plan” and create your first plan
- Train on a regular basis and track your workouts in your training log.
