Training and nutrition stick closely together.

You should eat enough but you don’t have to compensate too much. Very often athletes tend to gain weight, often not only because of additional muscles but also because of their massive calorie intake.

Keep your diet balanced

Eat regularly. If you have no special health conditions, then you can also use a low carb approach. Many athletes think they have to eat a lot of carb.

But newer studies say that a balanced low carb diet can help you. You will not only loose weight, but gain speed because you don’t have to carry some kilograms (pounds).

Longer workouts

If you want to loose weight, train slower but longer (i.e. running). Fast units lead to not using your fat reservoir, you lose more water. But we prefer a balanced diet.

So keep an eye on your scale! TriCoreTraining helps you to control your weight.
