We updated the TriCoreTraining system – your triathlon and running training plan service.

What’s NEW?

 

 

 

  • We added weekdays to the training plan for you
    • So you get a clearer view when to do which workout
  • Updated the ATL and CTL graphs to make them more even, peaks are removed
    • It’s easier for you to read the metrics of your training
  • We added statistics “success of last week” to the report “traffic light graph”
  • Added the training plan to your weekly mail and a downloadable version for your calendar!
