
As we all know triathlon is a “poser”-sport, that means you want to look good :-). For this reason and some other more essential ones you shouldn’t miss your weight training.
Weight training is important
It is an important part of your training program for an triathlon-, run- and bike-athletes.
Especially your musculature of trunk around your thigh, gluteal muscle, abdominal muscle are essential for strong runners, bikers and swimmers. Keep your muscles during the spring and winter period with weight training fit.
Weight training not included
Right now we do not include this kind of training in our TriCoreTraining-system, so you have to plan it yourself.
