After I finished a 100km bike workout, I wanted to share with you what I think about TriCoreTraining. I use the online training plan service for triathlon training for more than a year now and I’m still happy that we created the service.

  • I just have to add my important races (competitions)
  • I can easily influence the weekly hours I have beside my family and my engaging job
  • It easy to understand, no science, we are no PROs!
  • 5 basic statistics serve me as a back-check that I train enough for my goals
  • I finished my last Half-Ironman with my best time ever and I was relaxed after the finish line
  • Now my new goal is Ironman, added another race and my training plan was changed for me
