After I finished a 100km bike workout, I wanted to share with you what I think about TriCoreTraining. I use the online training plan service for triathlon training for more than a year now and I’m still happy that we created the service.

- 5 basic statistics serve me as a back-check that I train enough for my goals
- I finished my last Half-Ironman with my best time ever and I was relaxed after the finish line
- Now my new goal is Ironman, added another race and my training plan was changed for me
